About the owner

I earned my bachelor of Science in Construction Management, with a minor in Finance.  Early in my career I worked with architects and engineers to develop full sets of working drawings which has given me a strong architectural design and engineering background. I earned various degrees and certifications along the way which include EPA, OSHA and the International Code Council (Building Code). I have a strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills. Through analyzing and communicating project objectives, I have developed strong problem solving skills resulting in outstanding relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and building professionals.

I have worked in the construction field for more than 25 years with some of the best companies in the industry. I have trained and managed superintendents, project engineers, foreman, and laborers to improve efficiency for the success of the project, as well as the employees. I have managed large scale commercial projects, nursing homes remodels/additions, historic renovations, multiple projects, design/build, tenant finish, high-end residential, subdivisions as well as self-performed concrete, carpentry, plumbing and refrigeration for many of these projects. I have also negotiated and prepared contracts, close-out documents, RFI’s, ASI’s, submittals, daily reports, estimated and maintained project budgets. Some of my project clients include King Soopers/Kroger, Win-Dixie, Pinon Management, ABC Supply, Dicks Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Wal-Mart Hendricks, Kerry, Ebates, First National Bank, YMCA and Vail Resorts.

As a professional in the construction industry, I understand the frustrations of trying to navigate the construction world and hire and "contractor" that is commit to complete your project correctly, on time and within budget. They always seem to have other project that are more important then yours or they just bought a tool belt and now call themselves a contractor.

The definition of integrity is what a person does when no one is looking. I have committed myself and my company to instill integrity back in the construction industry.  I believe in providing service and respect to the client from the beginning of the job to the end.

Thank you for your time and look forward to working with you in the near future,

Tony Trepasso
